Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Travel RN - Operating Room Facility: Lee Health Gulf Coast Medical Center Shift: 5x8's - Days - 40 hours/week - call required Start Date: 01/12/2025 Assignment Length: 13.0 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,949.67 Weekly Stipend: $1,239.31 Certifications & Licenses: Active Florida or Compact RN License (Required at submission) BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are preferred. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Operating Room settings. Prior travel experience is mandatory; candidates must have demonstrated the ability to adapt to new environments swiftly. Robotic Surgery and Orthopedic/Neuro experience is required, with a strong background in ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, oncology, bariatrics, and robotics procedures. Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Degree accreditation must be reflected on profile, or candidates must possess at least 5 years of OR experience . Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. What You Bring: A proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced OR environments. Flexibility to handle call shifts, including short calls after regular hours and 12-hour on-call shifts once per month. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different hospital protocols.
