Job Description

Taylor Made Connections, a sales and business consulting firm, is looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager in Merrillville to support Frontier. The Entry Level Assistant Manager promotes Frontier’s residential services, such as cell phones, wireless devices, and internet, while developing the skills to manage teams and drive results. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will provide direct support for the execution of our residential business strategy. This involves managing components of the outreach lifecycle and coordinating the delivery of Frontier's internet and wireless services, positioning the Entry Level Assistant Manager for professional growth within a leading telecommunications organization. Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Promote Frontier’s offerings—including cell phones, wireless devices, internet, and bundled plans—by clearly presenting service options and driving customer adoption. Oversee team operations by monitoring lead flow, service activations, and campaign performance through CRM and pipeline tools. Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, service milestones, and account activity to support retention and compliance reporting. Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve service challenges, align messaging, and ensure smooth delivery of Frontier’s connectivity solutions. Engage in structured training and performance reviews to build leadership skills, product expertise, and operational insight. Evaluate account trends and campaign metrics to identify upsell opportunities, support renewals, and enhance customer value.
