The Client Support Team Members are empowered to troubleshoot service matters, educate customers on the full capabilities of their internet and wireless packages, and ensure each case is managed to a definitive and satisfactory resolution. Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Team Member Articulate Frontier’s full range of services with clarity, guiding customers through selection to ensure optimal alignment with their needs. Manage the full sales process, overseeing documentation, verifying eligibility, and ensuring accurate service timelines for a smooth client setup. Maintain CRM systems with meticulous records of preferences, service milestones, and history to support accurate reporting, compliance, and retention strategies. Respond to customer inquiries and service requests across platforms, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure sustained satisfaction. Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to troubleshoot account challenges, align unified messaging, and facilitate tailored service upgrades. Monitor satisfaction signals and sales activity metrics to proactively identify upsell opportunities and recommend service enhancements that strategically support retention.
