As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be deployed as the key resource for acquisition within a community-focused connectivity program. The Wireless Sales Representative will leverage detailed product knowledge to guide selection, administer onboarding protocols, and provide initial troubleshooting, ensuring every engagement reinforces the program's commitment to reliable service. Role Requirements for a Wireless Sales Representative Promote wireless service solutions by presenting product tiers, enrollment steps, and digital support options with clarity and enthusiasm. Facilitate onboarding workflows by coordinating eligibility verification, documentation, and activation scheduling to ensure seamless service setup. Manage CRM systems with accurate customer records, service milestones, and engagement activity to strengthen retention and reporting accuracy. Track campaign performance by monitoring account status, provisioning progress, and service delivery metrics to drive operational efficiency. Resolve customer inquiries through digital platforms and phone support, delivering timely and professional solutions to service issues. Collaborate with internal teams across operations, logistics, and support to troubleshoot account challenges and recommend tailored service upgrades.
