This is a full-time, onsite role for an attorney with 5 years of direct asbestos litigation experience who’s ready to take the lead on high-stakes cases alongside a respected trial team. What You’ll Do: Manage a full caseload of asbestos-related matters from intake through verdict, including client strategy, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft and argue dispositive and evidentiary motions in state and federal courts. Lead client meetings, exposure investigations, and witness preparation. Collaborate with expert witnesses in areas such as toxicology, industrial hygiene, and occupational medicine to develop compelling case theories. Handle settlement negotiations, mediations, and court conferences with professionalism and strategic focus. Stay current on evolving asbestos and toxic-tort law to anticipate challenges and strengthen advocacy. What You Bring: J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission. 5 years of asbestos litigation experience required. Strong deposition, motion, and trial preparation experience. Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with senior trial lawyers and clients. Interested in hearing more?
