Your New Role: Due to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee multiple industrial electrical projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage all phases of electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Lead project coordination with clients, consultants, general contractors, and internal teams Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material delivery schedules Track project performance, including cost control, forecasting, and progress reporting Identify and manage change orders and ensure timely billing and documentation Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Coordinators and site teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements Participate in estimating and tendering for upcoming projects Qualifications & Skills: 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical or industrial construction industry Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction processes Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts for projects up to $10M Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software, such as Accubid considered an asset Diploma or degree in Electrical, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred What You’ll Receive: Base Salary: up to $130K per year, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Extended health and dental benefits Company vehicle or allowance Supportive team culture with long-term stability and growth opportunities Join Us: If this sounds like the next step in your career, apply today through Rightway Recruitment.
