Client Advisor - Cortina

Client Advisor (Full‑time) – Boutique Cortina d'Ampezzo Moncler Group is a leader in luxury clothing and accessories. In this role you will represent the brand’s identity and values to customers in our boutique in Cortina d'Ampezzo, building long‑lasting relationships and contributing to team targets. Activities Ensure a unique client experience, guiding customers through the selling ceremony, after‑sales and client‑eling activities while creating a welcoming environment. Achieve excellent sales performance and results. Implement and maintain the company’s visual standards in store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team, and ensuring replenishment and stock management. Cooperate in the preparation and execution of inventories. Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation as a reliable partner. Qualifications Previous experience in sales roles, with experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies a plus. Previous international experience in professional and non‑professional contexts. Passionate about retail, client‑oriented, and possessing a commercial mindset. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Willingness to evolve within the organization; relocation willingness is a plus.
