Summary The new hire will join Knauf Italia's sales force with the following responsibilities: Management and development of the customer platform and related sales channels; Achievement of sales BDG for the area of responsibility; Application of commercial policies; Drafting of a monthly sales plan; Market analysis and trends; Requirements Technical diploma or degree in economics, construction engineering or architecture; Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; Professional skills: sale of value-added goods and services in the construction market or premium products in other markets; Use of office applications and management of own work schedule via CRM; Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, dynamism and ability to work in a team; Results-oriented and strong commercial aptitude; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Salary: Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €40,000 and in any case commensurate with the candidate's experience variable equipment and company car supplementary health insurance.
