Site Manager | Utility-Scale Wind Around €50,000 Company Car 20 % Bonus Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects. Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment. As Site Manager, you will: Review detailed designs and propose corrections Analyse contracts and authority requirements Monitor works for compliance with design and standards Identify construction issues and define corrective actions Plan and coordinate site activities to meet timelines Supervise suppliers and subcontractors Manage material procurement and inspections Prepare progress reports Ideal Profile Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering 2 years’ experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred) Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes Team player with strong interpersonal skills J-18808-Ljbffr
