Customer Success Specialist We are currently looking for a new team member to manage customer relationships and ensure a first-class experience. Main Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers, guide them through our products and services, and ensure they have a clear understanding of the features offered. Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to customers, address any issues or questions, and anticipate their needs to maximize satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to continually improve our products and services, acting as a bridge between users and our development team. Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess customer performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the IT sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem‑solving ability and the capacity to work independently. In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered. Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions. Results‑oriented and customer‑focused. Necessary Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
