Senior Product Manager pawaTech is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a sharp sense for user experience, a solid understanding of iGaming, and an interest in using AI tools to build smarter, faster products. You will work across domains, from casino and gaming to payments and sportsbook, driving product development that impacts millions of users across African markets. What you’ll be doing Driving the sportsbook product roadmap aligned with overall business goals; Prioritising features based on data, user feedback, and competitor research; Ensuring a seamless, modern, and competitive player experience; Collaborating with CRM and marketing to support promotions and innovation; Working cross‑functionally with trading, risk, operations, and tech teams; Translating high‑level business needs into clear product requirements; Leading the product lifecycle from idea to launch and optimisation; Supporting agile delivery by working closely with engineering teams; Using data and experimentation to monitor product performance and iterate; Ensuring compliance with regulations across African markets; Using AI tools to support prototyping, hypothesis testing, and solution delivery. What makes you a great candidate Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in iGaming (Sportsbook, Crypto Casino); Solid understanding of user experience in casino, gaming, or payment products; Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams; Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and experience with A/B testing; Strong understanding of agile product development processes; Interest in (and ideally experience with) using AI tools to prototype or solve product challenges; Ability to write clear specifications and translate business goals into product deliverables; Experience working in regulated environments, especially African markets, is a plus.
