Oversee all operations in Spain, ensuring alignment with global operational strategy and standards. Directly manage technology, equipment, and capital expenditure decisions, including the selection of tools and process technology. Collaborate with the EVP Operations–Global and executive leadership on operational strategy, priorities, and performance metrics. Recruit, mentor, and lead a hands‑on, high‑performing technical operations team. Establish a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and technical rigor, particularly in semiconductor processes and atomic‑level technology. Make strategic decisions on operational build‑out and process optimization, while managing complex capital investment projects. Position requirements: 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including leadership of semiconductor fabrication plants.
