As long as the inventory is locked behind intermediaries designed to protect OTA margin, true differentiation is impossible. We know because we spent 5 years trying to unlock this inventory. But we didn’t build another white-label OTA or aggregator or reseller feed. We built a singular connection for partners to access exclusive hotel inventory at the source . It’s the ability to tap into true direct access – inventory that’s never been on any OTA; real control over availability, pricing, hotel value adds, and dynamic AI merchandising with configurable perks. After 20 years in a locked ecosystem, partners can finally turn travel into a branded margin-positive differentiator that builds loyalty – and wins. We let hoteliers own their inventory and let demand partners own the relationship. Role Overview Do you want to be a part of reshaping the travel ecosystem? We’re looking for a highly motivated Head of Product to lead our Connectivity solutions to optimize and build best-in-class technology solutions for integrations, onboarding and direct contract management. This role is pivotal to achieving our goal of making it easy to directly connect with our platform and deliver true value in our direct partnerships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution across integrations, mapping, reconciliation and onboarding – with a creative spin on AI-powered tech – ensuring the right and best-in-class experience for both internal operations teams and external partners. Main Responsibilities Strategy and Problem Solving Define and evolve the product vision to improve direct connectivity and reduce onboarding friction. Identify key problems and opportunities and define and track success metrics related to partner integrations, account management and onboarding growing pains. Own the problem statement: “make it easy to directly connect” and deliver scalable solutions. Product Development and Delivery Define the roadmap and lead prioritization against key initiatives such as connectivity integrations, loading and reconciliation of contracts via AI agents, automation for stop sales and static promos and account and access management. Work closely with engineering, design, operations, data and AI teams to deliver quality features at pace and on time. Define and track key success metrics that both measure the product effectiveness through behavior but also the direct and indirect business impact. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Collaborate with sales, onboarding and operations teams to improve the partner experience. Actively communicate strategy, roadmap, progress and decisions across internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Requirements 7 years of product management experience, ideally with some in B2B SaaS, travel tech, or API-based platforms. Proven experience with partner integrations, onboarding flows, or connectivity platforms. Understanding of API technologies, direct contracting, and extranet/portal tools. Strong data orientation; can define KPIs and track outcomes. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive, curious, and collaborative – you bring clarity to ambiguity. Experience working with AI/automation products is a plus.
