About The Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to deliver software projects, meet scope/time/cost/quality parameters, and coordinate between development, business, Customer Success, and external stakeholders. Discovery Understand business context, product, and stakeholder needs. Identify risks and dependencies aligned with company vision. Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration. Foster close relationships with development teams to ensure seamless communication and priority alignment. Delivery Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Facilitate agile ceremonies, define action plans, and resolve blockers. Maintain and prioritize project backlog aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Management Act as bridge between technical and business teams for communication and expectation management. Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and public administrations. Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs for transparency. Collaborate with Customer Success to improve client engagement and operational workflows. About You 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Product Owner in software development companies. Work proficiency in English. Experience with large-scale complex projects involving stakeholders from different companies or public administrations. Strong technical foundations enabling fluent conversations with developers about APIs, WebServices, testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and project management. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Previous experience as a developer or QA. Bachelor’s or degree in Computer Science. Speaking Catalan is a plus. Strong strategic aptitude and proven ability to define winning business strategy. Ability to earn trust across different levels in a large organization. Proven experience in hypothesizing, building lean validations, conducting A/B tests and defining metrics. Strong customer empathy and ability to understand competitive landscape while innovating.
