The company is currently at a pivotal stage and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global CEO to lead a business turnaround and drive sustainable growth across all markets. Role Mission The Global CEO will be responsible for transforming the business , ensuring operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Board of Directors, requiring strategic vision, decisive leadership, and the ability to inspire confidence among employees, investors, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Transformation Develop and execute a comprehensive turnaround strategy to restore profitability and drive sustainable growth. Identify new market opportunities, optimize product portfolio, and enhance operational efficiency. Lead organizational restructuring and change initiatives as required to improve performance and competitiveness. 2. Business Performance & Financial Management Take full accountability for financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost management. Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to ensure operational discipline. Drive capital allocation decisions to support growth initiatives and strategic investments. 3. Board & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors and key shareholders. Provide transparent reporting, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations to the Board. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry regulators. 4. Organizational & Leadership Development Foster a high-performance culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent globally. Lead and motivate senior management teams to align with strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements. 5. Global Operations & Market Expansion Drive operational excellence across production, R&D, supply chain, and commercial functions. Identify opportunities for growth in existing and new markets. Promote innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Candidate Profile Experience & Background Proven CEO or C-level executive experience in the chemical, industrial, or related manufacturing sectors. Strong track record of leading business turnarounds or transformative growth initiatives. Experience managing global operations, including multi-country teams and markets. Prior P&L ownership and demonstrated financial acumen. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure and navigate complex organizational challenges. Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and driving innovation.
