About the Role The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. As a Finance Services Manager (SSC Accountant) in the Shared Services Centre, you will prepare and reconcile critical accounting data, support audits, and lead process improvement initiatives that make our finance operations faster and smarter. What You’ll Be Doing Support accounting processes for group entities, including preparing manual journal entries and performing reconciliations Standardise, improve, and centralise accounting processes across group entities Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation using internal and external tools Prepare accounting documentation for audits Manage and resolve accounting service desk requests efficiently Collaborate with finance control teams to ensure smooth month‑end and year‑end closing Participate in testing and roll‑outs of new finance tools and systems What You’ll Need A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Expertise in accounting, ideally within a shared service or financial control environment Experience with journal entries, GL code reconciliations, and preparation of supporting documentation Familiarity with month‑end closing processes and audit preparation Solid analytical skills and close attention to detail The ability to work effectively within a diverse, high‑performing team environment Nice to Have Experience with process optimisation and automation tools SQL knowledge Experience supporting internal or external audits A problem‑solving mindset and drive to improve workflows Inclusion & Diversity Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
