As a Solution Consultant you will be primarily in a client-facing role, requiring strong technical expertise and domain knowledge of various industry verticals, digital marketing strategy, and execution. What you’ll do Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This includes delivering workshops, presenting potential solutions, providing best practices, and performing benefits analysis of software features and developments. Build solution blueprints for holistic digital marketing platforms. Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate and improve standard blueprints. Provide consulting services to drive implementation, adoption, operation, and expansion of Adobe Experience Platform applications (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP) at customer organizations. Assist customers in project implementation, including product expertise and involvement in development, testing, and training. Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies. Validate and debug implementations and follow up on issues until resolved. Create and maintain relevant documentation, including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution. Advise key stakeholders and support driving business success based on objectives/goals. Build business maturity assessments and develop optimization roadmaps. Assist in pre-sales activities and create accurate estimates and quotations. Continuously improve knowledge and expertise across digital marketing and cloud-based solutions. Establish robust working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the global organization. Be an active member of the Solution Consulting Community, contribute to process improvement, set high standards, and provide leadership and mentoring to fellow team members. Qualifications Minimum five years experience in Consulting or Professional Services in an enterprise software company or consultancy. Significant experience with Adobe technologies, specifically Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP. If not Adobe, equivalent enterprise tools experience is a prerequisite. Passion for the internet domain and using technology to solve business problems. Solid understanding of general business, digital concepts, and strategies. Innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset. Strong presentation and communication skills; able to engage technical, marketing, and business stakeholders. Ability to learn quickly, work as a team player, and adapt to change. Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, organized, professional, and dedicated to both team and customer success. Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project management methodologies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. International experience is highly desired; willingness to travel.
