Main responsibilities Uncover trends and insights by independently exploring complex datasets and resolving intricate data challenges. Build and deploy full-cycle data science solutions—from exploratory analysis to scalable, high-performing models—focused on improving ad targeting, bidding, and campaign results. Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into impactful, data-driven strategies that boost advertising performance and ROI. Improve and fine-tune existing ML models and data pipelines within the ad-tech space , ensuring they remain efficient and aligned with a fast-moving market. Core skills/experience 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment 2 years of experience in AdTech (or related field). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn how to derive insights from datasets. Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
