The successful candidate will also support prospecting, assist the managing director in preparing and presenting to potential clients, and work closely with clients’ media agencies to leverage results and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Media Agencies Relationship and Opportunities (40%) Receive and analyze client agency briefings, deliver campaign objectives to the media team Create, maintain, and strengthen relationships with media agencies Identify revenue opportunities through analysis of client spending and media investments Monitor and manage media campaigns from the client/agency side Supervise administrative coordination across accounts Handle briefing reception, analysis, media planning, and campaign delivery Prospecting (35%) Develop prospecting strategies Present offers to prospects, conduct media planning if needed, liaise with internal teams for approvals and credit checks Client Handling (25%) Follow-up on revenue objectives Develop client strategies and plans Oversee reports and summaries for clients Manage client calls and requests Renew contracts with existing clients Manage assets remarketing Skills Profile: Minimum 12 years’ experience in media and client services Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Proven negotiation skills Profit-oriented mindset Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with clients, media agencies, and stakeholders Ambitious and eager to succeed J-18808-Ljbffr
