As a 2nd-3rd level security engineer you will be supporting key accounts across Europe, specialising in Palo Alto networks, using your command of Spanish and English. PCNSE level knowledge is expected to succeed in this role, with strong skills across Panorama NGFW Management and Prisma SASE solutions. In a deeply technical position such as this, your sole focus will be supporting customers with complex Palo Alto security products, providing specialist support, fault analysis and configurations across the Strata line of the portfolio. Responsibilities Second and third level network security support Fault analysis, troubleshooting and configuration of devices Appropriate incident escalation to Palo Alto specific TAC Teams Customer support in English and Spanish Rotational on-call work Required Skills & Experience Support, troubleshooting and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls and security (5 years) In depth knowledge of Panorama firewall management Prisma Access & Prisma SD-WAN SASE architecture Fluent in Spanish and English PCNSE certification (preferred) 5 years’ experience in Palo Alto environment J-18808-Ljbffr
