Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives within the Financial Services industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Prospect and establish new Commercial Partners, negotiate contractual terms, and diversify the partnership portfolio. Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting its services in Spain.
