Tech Team We power the ingestion, processing, and delivery of data for our customers. As we scale, new challenges arise—here’s where you come in: Build seamless user interfaces for secure credential storage (UI/UX is key!). Handle sensitive financial data with performance, compliance, and traceability in mind. Scale our ingestion system to fetch more data, faster. Mentor and grow the team , ensuring alignment and consistency as we expand. About the role This is a senior role and we expect experience and strong opinions. You’ll have a voice, autonomy, and room to grow, though you won’t be the main driver of most projects. We’re not looking for a one-person Tech Team—we want specialists with overlapping skills who complement each other. Whether you’re a broad generalist or a deep specialist , we’d love to hear from you if you excel in: Front-end (SPAs with JS/TypeScript) Data modelling & DB performance Kubernetes operations Algorithmic & statistical skills ETL workloads Your daily focus? Coding, collaborating, and delivering impactful solutions —not just merging code but owning it beyond deployment. We don’t follow strict Agile/Waterfall; we do what matters most, when it matters most. Our tech stack Python or JS/Typescript on the back-end, using async frameworks and tooling for most parts. Vue and Nuxt in the front-ends. Running on GKE Powered by MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch Github, Github Actions, Redis, RabbitMQ and other usual tools. Things we'd love to see on you You are a nice person: We don’t tolerate bigotry or toxic behavior—just good vibes. At least 7 years in an Engineer Software role. Autonomous coder: You don’t need your work double-checked—you’re on top of it. Experience collaborating with others using standard tooling (git, GitHub PRs, etc). You are a good communicator who can express problems, solutions and trade-offs. You know how to read and understand job offers; you can triage what’s important. Focused: Prioritize what matters most. You can work with both legacy and greenfield code. You take ownership of problems. Wealth knowledge: Some expertise in investments, currencies, crypto, or wealth management is a plus. You live in Spain and are close enough to Barcelona to commute to the office once a month by your own means. Living in Spain is a mandatory requirement. You’re fluent in English and Spanish . Experience matters: This is not an entry-level role. Tech savvy: Familiar with our tech stack—or similar ones. You don’t have to check every box, but the more you fit this, the more excited we’ll be to hear from you! What we offer We offer fair compensation (from 50K to 60K € per year for this role). We’re not at the very top of the market, but we plan to adjust compensation as you grow with the company. You will not be left behind.
