Overview As Speechify grows, our AI team seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale our infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build resilient systems. If you're eager to own product decisions and enjoy high-paced work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning technologies. Optimize text-to-speech for low latency and cost efficiency. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in backend development with Python. Experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers. Efficient in ideation and implementation, with good prioritization skills. Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes. Preferred: Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production.
