Responsibilities Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features. Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines. Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices. Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency. Must Have Proven experience with end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines. 3 years as a Frontend Web Developer (React). 3 years as a Back End Developer (Java). High proficiency in Typescript. Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools. Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture. Upper-Intermediate English level. Nice to Have Experience building cloud software. AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
