About The Team Within Finance, the Process and Ops Innovation team ensures the right workflows are in place to support different finance areas and the wider business. We also drive finance-based data initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for Finance across the organization. About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to support key finance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–2 years’ experience) who enjoys working with data, exploring how systems work, and supporting process improvements. You will collaborate with multiple areas across Finance and the business, gaining hands-on exposure to projects that focus on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
