Job Description
Description We are hiring a Global Program Manager, Early Careers (Fixed Term) to expand our early career recruiting strategy and program globally for the next 12 months. The Global Program Manager, Early Careers will be responsible for building and executing the early careers program at Scopely. This includes partnering with the business to identify talent demand, working with Talent Teams to fulfill this demand, and focusing on university relationships, employer branding, and awareness to attract top university talent. The role also involves establishing and evolving the university intern program foundation. What You Will Do Develop an agile and scalable global program. Measure and assess program effectiveness; generate reports and data-driven insights to track growth and success. Collaborate with Talent leaders, the Sr. Manager of Talent Attraction, and the business to develop early career events and campus engagement opportunities. Plan and implement onboarding, post-hire engagement activities, events, and group activities for early careers. Serve as a subject matter expert on early career talent strategies; socialize and present to senior leaders to gain buy-in and necessary investments. Partner with regional leaders and Talent Teams to align internship programs with business needs and priorities. Leverage existing recruitment practices to develop a comprehensive global end-to-end process. Coordinate with Talent Teams on the full-cycle recruitment process for early career talent. Develop communications and engagement initiatives to enhance program and employer brand recognition. Build relationships with student organizations, faculty, and Career Services at target campuses for future engagement. Plan, execute, and participate in campus recruiting activities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree. Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years supporting early careers internship talent. At least 2 years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams or programs. Experience designing and managing talent programs across multiple regions or businesses. Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior management and cross-cultural teams. Proven ability to build new talent programs from scratch, including securing stakeholder buy-in. Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational, data analysis, and project management skills. Understanding of regional talent markets and compliance issues. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS tools, and candidate platforms. Willingness to travel up to 35% and attend virtual and in-person recruitment events.
