About The Team Growth is responsible for driving Fever’s content portfolio across all verticals and markets, ensuring successful execution of the company’s business plan. We act as strategic consultants for partners and in‑house projects, supporting performance goals and collaborating closely with stakeholders. About The Role Own and build an entire business line, fully responsible for its strategy and performance. Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and overall company performance. Lead high‑impact, end‑to‑end projects and initiatives. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across more than 40 international markets. Report directly to the Global Growth Director, working closely with top management and founders. About You 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business‑related roles. Proven track record of building trust and leading teams or key projects. Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics) or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background. Strong data‑driven mindset: you use numbers to inform strategic and business decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across multiple disciplines and business areas. Advanced English level; additional languages are a plus. Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented. Experience managing teams of skilled professionals.
