Senior Global Sales Director

Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for advanced tech solutions in Spain & across Europe, targeting Build and qualify opportunities using both internal tools and personal networks. Own the full sales cycle (e.g. Actively prospect and engage potential clients, leveraging market expertise to position the company as a trusted partner. Contract Negotiation & Closing enterprise B2B landscape Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client alignment. Maintain accurate forecasts, track KPIs, and regularly report on pipeline health, opportunities, and results to senior leadership. Collaborate with global teams, supporting cross-border opportunities and contributing to the company’s Proven expertise in enterprise B2B sales (lead generation, qualification, RFPs, negotiations, closures). Spanish and English (International exposure and ability to work across diverse cultural and business environments. Experience in sales team mentoring or leadership is a plus.
