Job Description Senior program manager able to contribute proactively in cross‑verticals programs closely working with program sponsors and owners to ensure an agile definition, coordination and execution of the program. Additionally, will manage a small team in charge of ensuring the implementation of a common program management framework across verticals and generating a central reporting on the HBX programs portfolio to be consumed by SMT and key leaders across the organization. Responsibilities Assume program manager role on key cross‑verticals initiatives working closely with program sponsors and owners to ensure an agile definition, coordination and execution of the program. Monitor and produce quality reporting on the HBX Strategy & functional portfolio delivery, ensuring the right level of monitoring and visibility, and aligning with HBX strategy by gathering input from the different project and program managers. Ensure alignment with the Portfolio Management and program management functions to create a unique source of truth of the portfolio status for the company. Define the program management excellence framework with the objective to raise the bar of the program and project managers across the organization by providing best practices, frameworks, tooling and processes. Provide an independent view on the progress and status of the projects in the portfolio, their setup, governance and quality of sponsorship, ownership, project management and stakeholder collaboration, and intervene where required to set up and follow‑up corrective actions to ensure successful execution. Accountable for producing quality reporting on the HBX Strategy & functional portfolio delivery. Recommend and follow‑up corrective actions on ways of working, managing, setup and reporting programs. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project or program management at a global organization. Experience managing complex, high‑risk programs. Experience with PMO processes. Experience managing and developing people in a multicultural and global organization. Excellent understanding of project and program management methodologies. Excellent ability to generate portfolio reporting for executive‑level consumption, sharing areas that require improvement and aligning corrective action plans. Ability to align project management practices with organizational goals and strategies. Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work with cross‑functional teams. Ability to share constructive challenge and influence programs’ setup to increase success delivery chances. Entrepreneurial spirit to bring innovative ideas about potential optimization and/or process improvements. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) including solid presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights (for senior stakeholders). Solid analytical, problem‑solving and creative thinking skills. Ability to manoeuvre through high uncertainty and constant change.
