Product and Information Security Manager - Building Automation Apply by The Product and Information Security Manager will serve as the Division primary resource for security-related topics, guiding the organization through the complexities of existing and emerging directives, by developing policies, plans and strategies to keep our products and information secure. Essential Job Functions Act as the central point of expertise for security topics, collecting/scouting, analyzing, and interpreting security directives and standards, crafting divisional-wide statements, policies, guidelines, and strategies. Collaborate with product management and development teams to conduct product GAP analyses and create actionable roadmaps for compliance and security updates. Develop and manage “design for security” guidelines and ensure they are integrated into our product roadmaps and development processes, ensuring that security standards, guidelines, and policies are adhered to in product development and other related activities Act as an advisor to other teams bringing clarity to security-related initiatives and helping translate technical directives into commercial opportunities. Manage security incidents and coordinate response efforts. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Representing the company in events, meetings and discussions security related. Provide training and awareness programs for employees. Telecommunications, Electronics Engineer or similar. 3 years of experience in similar roles English and Spanish proficient user (C1) Additional skills to be considered Knowledge of Building automation standard protocols such as KNX, BACnet, Modbus… J-18808-Ljbffr
