Job Description

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapy Specialty: Clienttion Oncology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 40 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ARRT-Clienttion Therapy Must-Have: Must have Varian True Beam experience. Must have 2-3 years of Clienttion Therapy experience minimum. Proficient with ARIA (EMR to record and verify). Prefer Epic experience. Prefer Trilogy experience. Must have True Beam and Trilogy experience for specific site. Description: Unit notes include miscellaneous info and examples if needed. Certification requirements include BLS. Clienttion therapy staff may float to various facilities if there is a need. Common types of treatments include 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and SRT/SRS. CT simulations are performed on rare occasions. Average number of scans per day ranges from 20-40 depending on the site. Each shift generally has at least 2 treating therapists. EMR used is ARIA and EPIC. Department specific equipment includes Varian, Siemens, and Toshiba. Each shift has a supervisor or lead present. Registered Radiology Assistants are not utilized. Radiologists are available in-house. Prefer IV experience but it is not a requirement. Scheduling is M-F with variable start times between 0600-0900. Travelers are asked to be flexible with scheduling. There are no weekend or holiday requirements. There is no call or standby requirement. Travelers have been successfully integrated into the program, with some transitioning to permanent positions. Department specific orientation is provided.
