Location: Gardner, MA - North Central Correctional Institute Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay rate: $21.63/hour Must be able to pass criminal background check Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company contribution Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment The Recovery Support Navigator: Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. This engagement begins pre-release, and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field Required Equivalent experience (4 years) in the behavioral health field may be substituted for college degree *CA *CB
