Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) Location: Granbury, TX Start Date: 10/06/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Details: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Call required Position Overview: The L&D Registered Nurse provides care to patients throughout all stages of labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, ensuring the health and safety of both mother and newborn. The RN monitors fetal heart activity, assists during delivery, and supports patient education and recovery. Patient Ratio: 1:3 to 1:4; typically 1–2 labor patients until active labor Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience required Active RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring required Scope: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn care EMR: CPN, MedHost Contact HumanEdge: humanedgealliedhealth.com HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 12910.
