NetSuite Implementation Specialist Location: New City, NY - 100% onsite Our nonprofit client in New City, NY is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Specialist to support the organization through a critical system transition. This role will serve as the liaison between staff and the external NetSuite implementation team , ensuring a smooth and successful rollout of the new ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the nonprofit and third-party NetSuite implementation consultants Train staff on NetSuite functionality and provide ongoing user support Document workflows, processes, and best practices for staff reference Monitor progress of the implementation to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly Translate organizational needs into actionable system requirements Assist leadership in optimizing NetSuite features for financial and operational reporting Qualifications: Previous experience with NetSuite implementation (nonprofit experience a plus) Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to support users of varying technical backgrounds Ability to work collaboratively with external vendors, internal staff, and leadership Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills INNOV2025
