Manufacturing Inspector

Job Description Job Description The Inspector is responsible for reviewing raw and precision-machined components to ensure they meet blueprint and tolerance specifications. This role requires strong blueprint reading, G.D.&T. knowledge, and proficiency with hand measuring tools such as bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers. The Inspector performs first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, verifying ultra-close tolerances (to .0002”) and accurately documenting results. Inspect raw metal and precision-machined components and assemblies Read and interpret complex mechanical drawings Use hand measuring tools and gauges to verify part specifications Perform first-piece, in-process, and surface plate inspections Verify tolerances to less than .0002” when required Log and document inspection results and reports Support manufacturing by identifying parts outside of specifications Company Description We are a firm focused in the STEM Talent Arena; Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
