Benefits: 4.5 day working week with a 12:30pm finish every Friday! 25 days holiday public holidays Free Life Assurance Reduced cost of Medical Cash Plan (Westfield) Employee Discounts & Memberships Costco - Company Membership Pension - Combined 10% (6% Employer 4% Employee) On-site canteen Free parking Hours - 37 hours (4.5 days per week) Mon-Thurs (7.30am to 4pm) and Friday (7.30am - 12.30pm) Duties: Purchase goods and services across both indirect and direct categories Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, ordering, contracting and performance management Act as a Change Champion, promoting adoption of new processes, systems and engineering change procedures across the organisation Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability and adherence to specifications Analyse supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure best value for the organisation Monitor supplier performance and order progress to ensure timely delivery and maintain consistent quality standards Required skills & experience: Strong communication skills Previous experience within a supply chain/procurement role Strong IT skills Elevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
