Job Description

HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC Immediate Start) Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a People Partner to join a leading professional services institution going through exciting periods of change on a 12-Month FTC basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing strategic decisions, both from a people and commercial perspective. They will also be responsible for driving significant HR change projects and building a high-performance and growth mindset. The Role: Partner with the leadership team to develop people strategies that support long-term business goals. Lead people projects for the region and support with business wide projects and initiatives. Coach senior leaders on people related issues that enable growth and strategic decisions. Lead on performance management, succession planning, retention and engagement strategies. Collaborate with leaders to find new and innovative ways to drive people culture and improve people experience. Manage complex ER cases and support their resolution. Requirements: Experience working as a trusted HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, global business environment. Experience leading business transformation with a strong commercial focus. Strong stakeholder management with demonstrable experience building relationships at all levels of an organisation. Experience managing complex ER cases. Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Must be available to start immediately.
