Senior Financial Accountant

As the Senior Financial Accountant, youll take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency across all financial processes. Youll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting the organisations mission to make a difference Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare and present monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GRAP) and NPO financial regulations. Support audits, liaising with External Auditors and ensuring accurate documentation. Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed BCom Accounting Degree SAIPA or SAICA articles completed Proven experience within the NPO sector Solid understanding of fund accounting, donor reporting, and NPO compliance Apply now!
