Job Description

Minimum requirements: HR Diploma, Degree 2 - 4 Years experience in HR with a focus on Recruitment and Learning and Development Must have knowledge of all SA Labour Legislation Must have experience with IR related matters up to CCMA level, handle grievances, disciplinary action Execute core HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development Facilitate and coordinate employee orientation and training programs Support performance management processes, including probation reviews, appraisals and development plans Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Prepare HR reports and metrics Ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, have a strong personality, excellent organizational skills, problem solving attitude, work independently and under pressure Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
