Landlordandtenantmanagementwork,i.e.dealingwithlicencetoassign,licencestounderletandlicencestoalter Newcommercialleases(actingforlandlordandtenantsonthegrantofnewleases Actingforborrowerandlenderinrespectofpurchasesandrefinances/newloans AdviseclientsonSection106agreements UnderstandingofVATelectedproperty Collaboratewithcolleaguesandstakeholderstoachievefavourableoutcomesforclients. Qualifications: Qualifiedsolicitorwithavalidpracticingcertificate. Experienceincommercialpropertylaw. Stronganalytical,negotiation,andcommunicationskills.
