Role Requirements: Lead the design, validation, and troubleshooting of power electronics systems Work directly with customers to support projects and resolve technical challenges Collaborate with sales teams to deliver clear technical guidance Lead teams, Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers Benefit from ongoing technical and leadership development opportunities Coordinate and oversee contributions from less experienced team members Key Skills Required: Experience with the design of switch-mode power supply units (Rectifiers, AC/DC converters, TRs) PCB design & layout experience (schematic capture/generation) Experience with simulation Experience with Circuit Design
