The Ideal Candidate Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting at a managerial or supervisory level Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, safety, and child-centred care Excellent communication and organisational skills Key Benefits Competitive salary up to £30,500 Supportive management team and clear career development opportunities 31 days of annual leave , including 3 days over the Christmas period Additional Wellbeing Day Access to healthcare support Main Responsibilities Assist the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery Ensure all children receive rich, stimulating, and age-appropriate learning experiences Foster open and positive working relationships with all staff members Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare Help identify training needs , support professional development, and evaluate staff training outcomes Assist in achieving occupancy targets and maintaining operational excellence Maintain clear, consistent communication with children, staff, parents, and carers Support the Manager in addressing and resolving complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring escalation to the Regional Manager when necessary
