Technician (Harmorny North - Kalgold )

Installation, commissioning and maintenance of electronic Security Equipment; Supply assistance for installations and service of Technical equipment to the technical department; Assist Technician with day to day duties; Installation and fault finding of new alarms, electric fences and CCTV; Repairing of cables, focusing, cleaning and re-adjusting of cameras; Attending meetings when required to; Regular communications and development of a good relationship with client; Attention to detail on all aspects of relevant responsibilities; Adhering to the Agreement between the client and the company; Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations; Management and Control of Documentation, Including Registers, Overtime and Route Sheets; Submission of fault reports on the system; Available to be on standby if and when required and to work long hours if required; Ensure adherence to Company policy & procedures; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Drivers license Code 8 advantageous; Relevant experience in similar position and technical background advantageous; Bilingual ( English and any other South African language); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must reside in Randfontein or surrounding areas; Own transport; No criminal record Willing to work long hours/ overtime and willing to travel extensively;
