Job Description

What Youll Do Sell quality pre-owned vehicles and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting relationships with clients through trust and excellent service. Manage leads, walk-ins, and online enquiries efficiently. Conduct engaging product presentations and exciting test drives. Stay up to date with stock, promotions, and financing options. Work closely with the admin and sales teams to ensure a seamless buying process. Present vehicles to showroom standards and maintain a professional image. Actively promote vehicles and dealership offerings on social media platforms . Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with confidence and enthusiasm. What Youll Need Minimum 2 years proven experience in vehicle sales (essential). Valid drivers licence . Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills. Energetic, goal-oriented , and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Good administrative and organisational skills. Ability to work weekends and public holidays. Experience with automotive finance and F&I processes . Computer literate , including MS Office and CRM systems. Confident using social media to engage customers and generate leads.
