Building Management System Technician Electrical / HVAC - East Rand Role purpose: We are seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Technician to join our Services Division. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining BMS system operations, as well as diagnosing probable faults and service interruptions. Responsibilities: Monitor, control, and maintain the operations of BMS systems. Proactively diagnose probable faults and identify service interruptions. Conduct fault-finding on electrical and HVAC equipment. Read and interpret control plans and logic control programming. Perform skilled electrical maintenance, including repair, installation, and modification of HVAC equipment. Provide technical support with all MEP-related projects. Minimum requirements: Minimum South African Matric or equivalent Electrical/HVAC qualification will be advantageous Minimum 3 years relevant experience Strong electrical troubleshooting experience Must possess a valid SA drivers licence Experience and ability to read controls plans and logic control programming Fluent in English Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Salary offer: R30K R35K CTC
