Job Description

Requirements 23 years experience as a Commis Chef. Strong experience in Mediterranean cuisine. Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Able to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen. Good English communication skills. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain mise en place for service. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
