Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to develop, manage, and monitor reporting models, provide advanced analytical support, and offer data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance departmental performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate data sets, dashboards, and management reports while ensuring continuous process improvement through automation and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute accurate reports to relevant stakeholders within set deadlines. Identify, develop, and implement new credit strategies and analytical solutions. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate operational processes and reporting systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Support ad-hoc analytics projects and reporting requests. Log and track system or technical issues through the IT service desk. Monitor and document all system, policy, and operational changes. Conduct end-to-end system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability. Automate reports and processes to optimize workflow. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science, or a related field. Honours degree in one of the above disciplines will be an advantage. Proficiency in database management, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 2–5 years’ experience in data analytics and reporting. Experience in credit underwriting will be advantageous. Technical Skills: SQL Advanced Excel Quantitative Analytics Ability to manage and interpret complex data sets
