Employer Description Our client is a Property Developer and Contractor operating nationally Job Description Reporting to the Site Manager, the Senior Wet Trade Foreman will handle the following: Lead and oversee all wet trades, including bricklaying, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, and related works. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Plan and control material requirements for wet works including accurate ordering, delivery management, and on-site usage to minimize waste and control costs. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues or defects promptly to maintain high finishing standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Control teams to maintain seamless project progress. Monitor daily progress against programme timelines and implement corrective actions where necessary. Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors to ensure all wet trade works meet design intent, specifications, and contractual requirements. Assist in handover preparation, ensuring all wet work areas are completed, signed off, and ready for subsequent trades or final inspection Qualifications At least 6 years proven experience in wet trades supervision within large-scale construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of wet works processes and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity on site.
