This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities, scale, leveraging technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. Let me tell you about the role We are recruiting a Supply Chain Sustainability lead who will drive the Supply Chain Sustainability agenda for our business. The role will develop the GSC sustainability strategy and define and drive the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations roadmap for sustainability and deliver reduced carbon operations across multiple areas. What you will deliver Develop the GSC sustainability strategy, standard methodologies and programs, in support of our overall sustainability strategy, and embed into GSC approach and performance management. Create and drive the GSC Operations roadmap and ensures integration and operational alignment across the hub supply chains, and in concert with Castrol overall sustainability agenda. Deliver reduced carbon operations across agreed multiple levels. Define GSC Operations baseline and targets, including reporting and MI design, external standard processes and sharing, solutions and projects toolkit and ways of working. Develop carbon and sustainability decision making framework. Define and drive GSC operations roadmap, including global aggregation, hub templates, identification of investment requirements. Ensure integration and organizational alignment, including interfaces with key programs, interface with Castrol evolution, embedded ways of work, tracking delivery of programs, customer engagement and communication. Lead GSC sustainability engagement and upskill. Coordinate GSC Low Carbon network and tags across hubs. What you will need to be successful Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. Knowledge and experience of supply chain operations (planning, manufacturing, customer fulfilment). Demonstrated experience in managing the supply chain impacts of new product, customer and market introduction including the handling of Customer Tenders. Strong commercial acumen, business partnering and problem-solving skills. Well-developed interpersonal and partnering skills applicable in different situations with staff, internal peers and external contacts. Experienced in leveraging relationships and networks within organizations. Strong communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written. You will work with Multiple stakeholders across the global Supply Chain function, and with multiple teams across the broader business.
