Requirements: Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications. Minimum 10 years executive management experience, ideally in the fertilizer or agricultural sector. Proven track record in aligning strategic, operational, and financial goals. Strong commercial, financial, and leadership acumen. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills. Ethical, principled, and able to manage conflict constructively. Deep understanding of the South African agricultural landscape.
